Create holiday magic with this delicious gluten-free Chex mix recipe. Perfect for parties and festive gatherings!

Equipment

  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 2 Large Baking Sheets
  • 2 Large Sheets of Parchment Paper
  • 1 Large Bowl
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 microwave

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Butter

Mix

  • 4.5 cups Corn Chex
  • 4.5 cups Rice Chex
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Pretzels
  • 1 cup Mixed Nuts

Seasonings

  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions 

  • Cover 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large microwave safe bowl, measure and combine all the mix ingredients.
  • In a small microwave safe bowl melt butter for 60 seconds or until melted.
  • Stir in the seasonings.
  • Pour over the mix and stir evenly coated.
  • Microwave uncovered for 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
  • Spread on parchment paper and cool.
  • Stir in an air tight container or tin.
